PURCHASING FURNITURE & GOODS

  • All pieces listed with pricing on our site are available for purchase online.

  • Once a purchase has been made you will receive an email order confirmation.

  • A FREEMAN FABRICATION staff member will contact you with available shipping options that are unique to your specific order. A cost and delivery date will be determined at that time.

CUSTOM WORK

RETURNS

Upon receipt of your new piece of furniture, please check it closely and immediately notify us of any issues.

  • All items are final sale.

  • Inconsistencies are inherent with raw materials and are part of the appeal of owning a handcrafted piece. However, if there is something wrong with your piece due to a manufacturing fault, we will happily repair the issue if it is declared within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The customer is responsible for return packaging and shipping costs, unless the piece was damaged during transport.

  • FREEMAN FABRICATION is not responsible for any missing items. Please email info@freemanfabrication.ca to arrange a repair. If determined the fault is not of manufacturer, we will consider repairs on a case by case scenario at the expense of the client.

  • Items damaged during shipping must be declared within 48 hours of delivery in order to qualify for a return.

  • In order to be accepted as a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Returns are not accepted on custom orders.

TAXES

Local taxes may apply and will be charged at the time of checkout.

SHIPPING

Depending on your shipping choice; local pick up, local delivery, or curbside delivery; you will be personally contacted by a FREEMAN FABRICATION staff member to arrange pick up and/or delivery. Additional costs may apply at that time; particularly for curbside delivery options. We do our best to source out the most reliable and economical third party delivery providers for our clients on a case by case scenario as each piece and location demands a unique shipping service.
